We actually just changed her name to Picco/Pico via Petal and Petticoat. Any additional alliterative... ah... ah-deas are always appreciated.

This thing is literally now taking up all my time hence disappearance from Internet.

Pico is short for Piccolo, or are you undecided? Petticoat is a good name for almost anything that can fit in one.

Between all of them? I'd go with Pico over Piccolo if it came down to one. I'd do Pico as short for Piccolo if there were enough time for that and if I thought my audience would remember that both names were the same. Even Pic. If Petticoat fits at all, I like that.(it's a touch racy.) Other clothes starting with P are good too. Pince-Nez or Poncho... Poncha cause it's a girl. heh. Or just Pince.

Petal and Pipa are girl names. So that makes sense. None of these sound Chinese, but then I don't know what language Pangolins speak. Maybe they were colonized by bush babies at some point, or weren't ever colonized and retain some pre-Mandarin tongue.

What am I talking about?
